Sessional Kindergarten Waiting List Application Form

NB: This waiting list is for sessional kindergarten only. Childcare (long day care and extended hours kindergarten) waiting list applications must be made through the City of Port Phillip. Please ph 9209 6360 for the childcare waiting list.

You can register your child for sessional kindergarten from 31st January in the year your child turns 2. Please note that this means you do not have to wait until your child's 2nd birthday.

Children must be 3 by 31st January the year the child is to commence 3 yo kindergarten.

Children must be 4 by 30th April the year the child is to commence 4 yo kindergarten.

An application form must be completed for each child. You will receive a confirmation email approximately14 days from your application. If not received, please contact our office (ph 9531 6563 or email info@poetsgrove.com). Please advise us of any changes to your details so you can be contacted at offers time.

4 yo sessional kindergarten provides 11 hours of kindergarten over two or three sessions.
3 yo sessional kindergarten provides 6 hours of kindergarten over two three-hour sessions.

Sessional kindergarten operates in line with the Victorian school terms.
