The City of Port Phillip (COPP) plays an active lead role in early year’s services. Council’s commitment is evident by the role they undertake as provider, planner and advocate of Early Years services.
COPP has developed a Municipal Early Years plan to provide the framework for a whole of Council and community approach to planning and service delivery for families with children.

Poet Grove Family & Children’s Centre responds to the COPP community Hubs policy that aims to improve opportunities for social cohesion and well-being and to maximise engagement and functionality of community facilities.
The City of Port Phillip provides a wide range of services to support parents and carers who are raising children including:
